Disappointed in MTN

I upgraded a contract and was advised that they do not have stock but they completed the forms and advised that they will enquire and get back to me. Needless to say, I received no feedback. Last week I called Head office KZN and had a long discussion with a lady who promised to have a manager respond... I am still waiting.

The service at the store was hugely disappointing as the manager was very apathetic and could only say " there is no stock". She claims to have checked with warehouse, but someone who checks on availability would automatically provide feedback. So saying you have done it does not make it so!!!

The lady at the branch said another customer is waiting two months for stock... made me wonder if MTN is advertising products that they don't actually have... but using these specials to lure you into the store so that they can sell you another deal.

Disappointed that the the customer service at MTN is so bad.
