Can't resolve disputes on incorrect billing

I never use up all my "R750 rand value" and have carried over "rand value" for the last 6 months - there is never any call charges on my invoices. Comes my August invoice and I'm charged R129-60 for Call Charges which I immediately dispute, because how can I suddenly use up all my "rand value" and carried over rand value? So if I made a lot of calls in August that may be possible, BUT: I loaded a R15 loyalty bundle a couple of months ago, but that is still on my free minutes, so i ask: How can you charge me call charges if all my call value and bundles haven't been depleted and I still have a R15 bundle left??? And can you prove that all my rand value and carried over rand value has been used up??? I suspect a system problem on MTN's side, but after numerous calls and complaints, no-one can resolve my problem, and no-one gets back to me. I just wonder how many other MTN customers are ripped off and don't even notice it... or give up the battle trying to resolve billing mistakes and just pays! And when they agree they have made a mistake, I have to pay the higher amount and wait for a credit on the following month's invoice!!!
