Contract taken out via FNB data

I was offered a deal through FNB for 2 gigs a month at R 99.00 and now it seems that I pay R 350.00 a month and they continue to debit my bank account every month. I have logged three calls ref 3051303716. Logged a call with FNB and in fact I received a refund but the contract continues. Another reference number 13091200001

Cell C is unable to produce a contract, FNB is unable to help and Cell C continues on their merry way charging R350.00 for 2 gigs a month.

My data number is 0843685182. I logged a complaint on Hello Peter about the FNB side of things which they addressed and would agree to cancel the deal, where I got my refund but it s been 4 months and Cell C chooses not to assist. If they charged me the R 99.00 deal, it would be fair but the scary side is i never gave my banking details to Cell C, they got it from FNB. They are from me.
