In 2007 Jet recruited me to join their Jet airtime subscription of R75.00 per month in which I'll be paying R55.00 per month. After two years I found out that I was actually in a contract with a company called RMCS, that's when I wanted to cancel my contract. I called RMCS and told them that I want to cancel my contract and they said it'll be cancelled in the following month but that never happened. I called them several times but I don't see the contract being cancelled, instead they changed the package from 75 to 49. RMCS' service is very poor coz even when you call them, your call is put on hold for more than 30 minutes before a consultant can talk to you. All I want is for the contract to be cancelled so that my number can return back to prepaid.
