After emailing my proof of payment to Cell C three times, trying to fax it my account got suspended for the second time. I have made use of the Custumer Automatic message mailer system, but my account still got suspended.
Please check your records on the 02/08/2013 you have received a proof of payment from the bank to proofof [Email Removed] and I have mailed my proof of payment to you TWICE on the 20/08/2013 9:49 and 2013/09/06 12:22 and I have tried to fax it but the number do not work. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECORDS AND RE ACTIVATE MY SERVICES.This is very unprofesional and costing me banking fees each time you try to deduct the fee from my account.
