Upgrade gone wrong!!!

On 22 October 2012 i did an upgrade. I upgraded my phone from a Blackberry and took up a SAMSUNG S2. That meant changing packages as well since i was now going to be charged for data unlike when using BB and only paying a monthly BIS subscription.By December 2012 i noticed that my bill was way more even despite the free 100MB of data i was supposed to be receiving. Upon checking my invoice i noticed that i had not been migrated to the new package as agreed when taking up this new phone. This meant i was being charged high data costs from the very first MB since on the system i was still on BIS. i called numerous times to get this rectified until in February 2013 i was told that all had been fixed and i would be credited for the costs incurred on data. i left it and TRUSTED Vodacom that the migration would now happen and all would be fixed.
It is now September 2013 and I AM STILL ON A BLACKBERRY BIS WEEKENDER PACKAGE. Still being charged crazy amounts on data. and the migration has STILL not happened a whole year later. as soon as this contract is done i WILL NOT be continuing with Vodacom. in the meanwhile i want a full refund of the money i have been overcharged.
