Honestly? I referred a friend to join MTN as i have been a long-time customer with you. he went in to the MTN store in Simmonds Street on Monday to apply and did not hear if his contract has been approved or not? we had to walk in today just to find out and then we were told it's approved but there is no stock of the phone. i can understand that but how do we contact them to find out when they do have stock? we cannot just wait for one of the sale reps to call us because we could be forgotten about. We can't continuously walk to and fro just to find out. how can you not have a means of communication with your customers? we are in the 21st century and a telecommunication company does not have the means to communicate? pathetic!

i don't expect an apology from MTN as i will soon be cancelling my contract because how do i trust a service who can't even put up a land line to assist a customer. what i do expect is for you guys fast track a contact number so that your future customers will not be as frustrated as i am.
