Poor service and awaiting full refund

On the 22nd of June I applied for a Internet modem and laptop deal from the 8ta branch in Brits mall.
I waited about 2 months for my laptop and modem to arrive. When I phone the store they just say that they do not have stock yet.
I got fed up with all the excuses and cancelled the application. Twee weeks after the cancellation I received a bill that stated that I owe 8ta R759.00. I again visited the shop, they informed me that my laptop and Internet modem have been activated. I DID NOT sign for the receiving of a laptop or modem. How can it be activated?? They just opened a useless case with head office, as a solution.

On the 6th of September 2013 8ta/telkom mobile deducted the amount of R759 from my account.
So the next day I again visited the shop, they can`t help me and again opened a case with head office. When I ask what is the number of the head office, so that I can discuss my problem with someone, they just can`t give me a number.

I`m still waiting for my full refund.
