Reported my ADSL line down around 2 weeks back, speed is pathetic on weekends, Tech came out on the Monday all worked ok for a week, this weekend same thing, telephone line dead, ADSL very slow (line syncs at around 512 K or slower)(call log 5ARK080913) Telkom keep clearing the fault a being rectified, no-one contacts me no-one comes out nothing. Telephone line was dead again last night and ADSL slow at 1900, at 2100 line was ok, at 0530 this morning all ok, at 0600 line slow and telephone dead again. (new call log 108CRK110913)
