I handed my phone in at Cellc Game City on the 08/08/2013 for repairs.
I have Cellc Cover with my contract.
Booking the phone in took almost an hour, they were short staffed at lunch hour.
I was promised a max of 21 days. I have had to constantly follow up with cell c. At one point I was told that I needed to fill in a claim form, nobody called me or notified me to this effect, This should have been seemless as surely they can see that there is cellc cover? I requested the form, filled it and sent back.
To date, I have no news and its 33 Days already!
Simply patehetic.
