I need urgent assistance with Altech Autopage regarding their billing system.
The problem started June 2012 I went to Autopage in Princess Crossing to go change my debit order account.
The branch never updated their system and I received a call in the beginning of October to advise me of that.
At the time the amount outstanding was R 1900.00 . On the 13th of October 2012 I went to Autopage with my boyfriend
To go sort out the matter with the branch and we paid R 670.00 on the spot at Pick n Pay easy pay.
To our surprise sometime in November I was threatened again by Autopage that the account number I had given them
Was false and a case of would be opened against me. I then went with the owner of the account and proof of account
We then changed to his FNB account which Autopage has been deducting from since every month without fail.
In June I paid R 1800 end of June mid-July I paid R 2000.00 on the 07th of September my boyfriend paid R 1200.00
As per Autopage the debit orders that there are running they can't pick them up thus my account is in such arrears.
The last debit was that went off was R667.84 on the 02nd of September 2013
