I AM A UNISA STUDENT (#33240604) AND I BOUGHT A CELL C DATA PACKAGE FOR THE SUM OF R600 FROM UNISA AS A SPECIAL OFFER TO STUDENTS AND THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED TO MY UNISA ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO.
THOBEKA ZONDO ADVISED ME TO EMAIL FOR A SPEED STICK WHICH I DID AND WAS NEVER REPLIED UNTIL 27 AUGUST. I WAS ASKED MY SIM WHICH I PROVIDED THEM AND THAT WAS THAT. THOBEKA ONLY CAME BACK TO ME ON FRIDAY 6 SEPTEMBER FOR MY NUMBER WHICH I DID PROVIDE HER AND PROMISED TO CALL ME ON MONDAY 9 SEPT IN REGARDS TO THE SPEEDSTICK AND TO NO AVAIL AGAIN.
SHE GAVE ME HER [Email Removed] and i sent her an email on Monday 6 Sept and never bothered to reply me. I am a 4th year student and busy with my exam preps but the data that i bought never came to me.
this is poor service from Cell C and the consultant who have to deceive me several times. I am greatly disappointed by such poor service by Thobeka. i feel greatly short changed by the company and consultant. Please ma y i be assisted as i want my speedstick data loaded as per agreement.
