When I went for my upgrade end of May I was told that the BIS service would be removed from my account. I was also told that it was being done as we sat there. I did not check the bills I received until this month when I realised I was paying more than I'm supposed to. I am putting it on Hello Peter before even phoning Vodacom because the exact same thing happened to my fiancee with his upgrade - how many other people are being "done in" the same way then?!!
