I am an mtn contract customer i bought 2 blackberry z10s from MTN both phones were faulty 1 had a broken camera and the other does not read memory cards both phones are still in my possession. Last night at midnight the one that doesnt read memory cards had a network issue i could not send bbms, whatsapps or even rerecieve or make calls i called client care that told me to reboot the phone as they had refreshed the sim that didnt work. the blackberry technical assistance was "closed" i slept at 4 am trying to fix the phone.today at 6am i spoke to about 3 diffrent people which were all suggesting diffrent "trouble shooting" methods which did not work. I later dicovered from one of the consultants that it could be a network error in my area, i got very irritated because the least Mtn could have done is notify me as a paying customer or simply apologize for the glitch or whatever it was. MTN does not care about its customers as long as they cashing in every month they are happy!! unfourtunately for me my contracyt is far from finish so im stuck with all this service.
