21. Marketing

21.1.By accepting these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and accept that you authorise MTN SP to deliver targeted marketing and suggest promotional offers, based on your Direct Marketing preferences as advised by you.

21.2. MTN SP will provide you with a process to opt-out of the Direct Marketing and promotional offers.
This is nice, as we were never given the opportunity to OPT-OUT at all.
