Ive been trying to get a hold of Vodacom to cancel my contract for 1.5 weeks now. I called customer care, and was told to call 0821958 during office hours. Ive done this everyday, 3 times a day, for the last 1.5 weeks. I have been on hold for no less than 42 mins at a time, until I can no longer hold (I actually have a job). Calling customer care again today, they tell me only the cancellations department can help me. Fair enough, but what is one to do if they dont answer the phone! Starting to think this department doesnt actually exist, and like some blood pact, if you sign a contract with Vodacom thats it; youve signed for life
