In November 2012 i received a letter from MTN Legal, saying that a MTN account has been opened with my personal details.
Almost a year later I received a SMS from SSDA (Debt Collector), saying final demand for an amount of R9247.07 is outstanding and I need to make a payment.
I have spoken to MTN Legal today and they say that the MTN has closed of the account with the debt collector.
This is pathetic service from one of Africa's biggest telco provider.
I would like an apology from MTN CEO and SSDA CEO- if not there are a good few ways of taking this issue to the public. Reason being between MTN and SSDA... you have no clue as to what you are doing. Really a year later you still come asking for money???
