On the 15th of August 2013, I wrote a report on Hello Peter complaining about the pathetic service from Cell C regarding a account opened in my name. I received 3 calls from a lady called Funiwe Hintsho, who told me she will resolve the problem. She explained that she had directed my query to the Department, to a person by the name of Michael Woolley. She told me that he is the person who has been assigned to my query, when I escalated to Cell C on the 26th of June 2013, and till today, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM Michael Woolley, NOR HAVE I HAVE ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM Cell C. It is close to 3 months, and Cell C have done absolutely nothing about the debit order taken off my bank account. I am absolutely disgusted. I need this money reversed to my bank account ASAP.
