I living to regret the day I was enticed by cell to take up a samsung S4 on a straight up 100, with 1G of data. Whats the point of having 1G of data when I can hardly connect to to the network. Strangely my wife is also on cell c but on an iphone 5, she chats freely with her friends on whatsapp and surfs the net but I cant. I have called the call centre and the data technical department gave changed my settings several times but the issue still persists. Is the S4 the problem or its cell c? I miss sitting in my living room chatting to friends on whatsapp, checking my twitter, checking my facebook and reading news updates on my rss feeds.
Please assist me... should I bring back the S4 for another device?
The other issue is when I got the phone I was told that porting the number is free when done within the first 7 days, I logged a call and nothing was done then eventually went to the shop and was told my account will be debited with R200? Please check my profile you will see 2 calls for the porting logged in the first week of the contract being activated.
