Bad Problems with Elite Mobile

My cellphone contract with Vodacom was due for renewal and I received a phonecall from a person who offerred me a standard Samsung Galaxy S4 and promised that my current monthly subscription would not increase by even one cent. On receipt of the phone, I opened the package and found that I had been supplied with the S4 Galaxy Zoom, the phone that I did not want. I then saw on Vodacom's website that my monthly subscriptions had in fact increased after the upgrade. I contacted Elite Mobile and told them that I wanted to return the phone because of the two discrepancies. They sent RAM Couriers to collect it from me on Friday 23 August and have since confirmed receiving it back. However to date the upgrade has not yet been reversed and I am being billed for the phone for the second month now. I have phoned Elite Mobile on 3 occasions now and each time the Agent confirms that my account should have been credited by now. They promise to investigate and call me back, but none of them have done so as yet. I then receive an e-mail asking me to rate their service, when in fact no service has been provided at all! They seem to have left me with no option but to report this on Hellopeter.
