Decided to move from Vodacom to MTN. I was informed that I would be on prepaid but no details of when the number would port were given. On the evening of 05/09/2013 I loaded R100 airtime. Within minutes I was no longer on the network and I didnt receive any notification that I was about to be taken off. Vodacom have told me that I forfeited the money and they will not refund it.
I think this is very poor from their side and they should refund the money.
