Illigal debit orde

I receive a call from mobimoola, they explain their services to me I was told that if I need money I must call and tell them how much I want.then I will sent sms with pin code which I will use to withdrew money from absa atms. I did receive sms but I did not require money from them.but after a week I saw 4 debit order from mobimoola. I call the call centre because I did not ask them money they did not give me money so my question was why are they taking money from my bank account while the was no service they offer me.but I couldn't't get through to their call centre I hold for. 30Min then the line get disconnected.again on Wednesday the 4 of September an amount of 280 was deducted from my account by mobimoola.so an amount of 590 in total was deducted since by mobimoola.

So please can someone help me.
