Hello CellC, while I appreciate being contacted back the fact that I have now been told by various CellC agents that this is not the first complaint recieved by CellC regarding OPERA014 (CellSpice) fra udently signing people up is not acceptable. Surely if you get the same complaints regarding the same company over and over again you should do some kind of investigation into the issue. Being told that I should be careful what websites I go into insinuates that I am a complete. I have now done my own investigation into this (with absolutely no help from CellC) and have all the info that this was in fact fra udlently done as my 'history' of my account at CellSpice does not tie up to my itemised billing with CellC, thereby clearly showing that I DID NOT sign up for this porn service and neither did anyone else in my household as suggested. Quite frankly I hold both CellSpice and CellC liable for account as it was CellC that debited my account, taking money out of your clients account for services they have not signed up for is. I would now like CellC to pull finger and do an internal investigation into each and every clients account whos complained
