I am on a contract with Altech Cell C .My phone had a error on and therefore I was advised by Altech that it need to be send in for repairs. I need to take it to Clear waters branch which i did Clear waters revered me to Samsung. We took it to Samsung Roodepoort on which they told me it is fix when i tested the phone it had the same error. They gave it back to me Cell c told me that this was a altech problem and I nee ed to take the phone back to Altech wich i did we handed in on the 3 July 2013.Several visits to Altech no the phone is not ready. Today one of the assistants said to Moloko the phone is there he must check down in the box. There it was surprise surprise not fix yet Moloko told us in a very arrogant manner that we have rejected the Quote and the more we told him that we did not hear from there for the last two months the more he said yes but they did contact us and we rejected the quote. Well it is 2 month later we still have no phone and we know want to cancel the contract Mololko then told us that it will cost us R1900.00 to cancel the contract. Not once have they offered us a loan phone the service is pathetic.
