THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS

I have been trying to cancel my contract with RMCS since 24 July 2013 and was told it would take 31 days. After 31 days it was not done., Numerous calls to RMCS and many visits to Edgar's and it is still not cancelled. At my last visit to Edgars an RMCS employee called Gift hung up on the Edgars lady who was helping me. I sent an email to Sajeda at RMCS who did not bother to respond. Edgars then informed me that the contract was cancelled on 2 September but Vodacom say this has not happened. I am going to close my account at Edgars next Wednesday after 26 years as this is the only way to stop RMCS debiting my account. I will also lose my cell number which I have had for 16 years. This company is very bad news.
