Total lack of customer service

I have never felt so unappreciated as a customer in my life. After many years as a Cell C customer i would expect a straight answer. I have been waiting for my upgrade for 3 weeks now and every week i get the same answer "we will have in stock next week" and still nothing, and as i phoned again to check if by some chance my upgrade was available, i got the inevitable "we will have stock by next week" so it looks like im going to be waiting over a month for a phone... Very unsatisfied with the customer service...
