I cancelled my Cell C contract - which was a 12 month contract and i has had for over 2 years- in May 2013.
Since then Cell C continue to debit my account every month (May, June. July & August)
Last time I called them, they told me that there had been an error on their side but i have received no refund and they are still debiting every month!
shocking service and a completely unacceptable attitude in respect of returning money!
I am currently abroad completing some courses (which is why i cancelled my contract) and I will not make use of their services when i return!
Dont contract with Cell C!
