A payment was made on my cell phone account via internet on 08.01.2013 and proof of payment was faxed 12 TIMES and I phoned them twice. I also emailed them on their website. But my number/phone is still suspended.
A few days after I paid, my phone was suspended. I phoned them and they acknowledge that my payment reflects on another number (I have four accounts/cell phones with them). They said the billing dept must transfer the payment to the correct number. My number/phone was re-instated.
The week after that my number was suspended again. When I phoned in again, I was told that they could not trace my payment and there is nothing they could do, I just have to pay it AGAIN!!!
