Vodacom has just caused me to miss out on a tender for a very, very! large project involving a BIG JOB because of no internet signal in Wilgerboom Potchefstroom.this is the second time I am complaining via Hello Peter but the 10-15th time over the phone and at the branch but all i get is an e-mail wto years apart... word for word!.. that they are waiting for the local council. I pay my monthly payment every month as they have all the say and us consumers must just shut up and take it. I have approached ICCASA with absolutely no feed back.ladies and gents out there in Potchefstroom... please stay away from Vodacom as they only to you about their situation. I can't wait to see the end of my contract.
