Firstly i like to say that Cellc service desk big time.
I have been with cellc from the time you guys came about and no matter the service i kept getting i stay cos of the contract. Anyway my complaint is that my airtime keeps getting finished everything month end when you guys load the free data/airtime. I have just fill R300 airtime last week which out of that i only used about R50 now when you guys loaded the free airtime/data which is only R30, you deleted the R250 that i still had on my phone. That is my airtime that i have bought and loaded and it should not have an expiry date. I want that airtime back.
