CLAIMING UNPAID DEBIT ORDER CHARGES

I contacted Cell C customer service to change my debit order details towards end of June 2013. They told me that they will debit the new account end of July 2013 and I agreed. The next thing end of July they debit the old account. It came back unpaid and the bank charged me R115.00 for unpaid debit order.

I claimed for the unpaid debit order charges from Cell C and everytime I phone to follow up they say they are busy with my query.

They are quick to suspend your accounf for unpaid debit orders but it is very difficult for them to pay you for their mistakes
