After 2 torturous years and one extra month (because they forgot to load my cancelation in time) I am finally rid of Nashua Mobile, or so I thought...
3 months after cancelling my contract, they deducted R60 from my bank account. I phoned in and waited about 30 minutes and finally someone told me they made a mistake on their side and at the end of the month they would refund my R60. The end of the month came and instead of giving my R60 back they deducted another R60 from my bank account.
Had to phone in again and they said it would be paid in 3 days. A week and a half later now and I had to phone again. "Sorry sir, the refund hasn't been loaded yet" is the response I received even though I have 2 reference numbers for the calls.
That is. I am going to the police if my money isn't paid before the end of the week. Or I am going to a Nashua Mobile store and taking R120 out of the register.
Nashua Mobile! You have no idea what the you are doing over there!
