ON 16 Aug I logged a complaint re: MTN BAD SERVICE on hellopeter, on 23 Aug, I received a response which I suspect was just to meet the 5 day deadline. I was informed in the report that someone from the affected branch will call me back with feedback or action plan.
That has not been done to date. If the complaints dept cannot follow the complaint to closure, how else are the service depts supposed to improve, after all they don't have to account to anyone so why bother caring by sorting themselves out. More disappointed. I guess porting my number is the next avaible solution then I will be left with an employer contract, less interaction with MTN on my own.
