On the 5.8.13 ( - 01:30) my line was locked by an unknown person, Vodacom consultant failed to take the person's name. On the 5th I phoned Vodacom to get my line unlocked & requested the recording of the person who phoned and also wanted to know why the security procedure wasn't followed. I received a phone call from Tyrone the matter will go to their department and it takes between 7 to 14 working days. He also advised me to go to the Police station to open a case. which I have done. On the 27th I phoned Vodacom (14 days passed) to find out what is happening, just to be told the matter is still pending. On the 29.08.13 I emailed Tyrone to explain to him that this is unacceptable, nothing has been done about this and the dept hasn't even bothered to phone me for the case number or to give feedback. All Tyrone can do via his return emails is to apologise, but I'm not interested in apologies I want to see results and this matter finalized. On the 02.09.13 yet after another email to Vodacom Tyrone return a mail again to apologise and said the matter is still pending and he escalated the matter to his seniors. To date no feedback from Tyrone nor his senior.
