On the 25 July I took out a contract with Vodacom.
I sim card was MTN and I wanted to keep my number so Vodacom had to convert the number to Vodacom.
acording to Vodacom I was give air time on the 26 July, however the number took more then 2 days to be converted therefor I didnt get the air time.
On the 1 August Vodacom deducted 236.55 and Again on 25 August the amount of 373.83 more then what I was told that will go off every month.
on the 27 August my contract was canceled by the shop manager with out informing me.
after endless calls I found out that the shop submited the wrong paper work. On the 29 august the shop re-activated the contract and now I need to pay furthere 242.00 rand.
please can you help me out as I am not geting any help from the Vodacom shop manager. I dont think its exeptable to pay 3 times in one month just to get a contract.
