We have last week moved into Waterfall 1 from Hillcrest. We have been with Cell C for the last two years, with no data issues. There is extremely poor to non existent data access in Waterfall, and I see by the other complaints on Hellopeter, we are not alone. When we phoned the Celll C call centre on Saturday, as we were unable to connect all day, the operator said there is no problem in Waterfall area!!! This is clearly not the case! I have had to come to a friends house to send this complaint on their Telkom ADSL line as I couldn't connect at home!
The cell phone shows full signal, but the internet access is non existent. we have three contracts with Cell C for cellphones with data packages and a seperate data package, so are not able to just change service providers.
Please revert urgently in this regard.
