Hi, I have complained numerous times over the past 3 months with regards to bad signal quality. Vodacom was called to our area, tested the signal and recommended a tower be put up in the area. Vodacom later responded saying that they will cancel the contract with Nashua Mobile without penalties. As per Vodacom these letter were send off to Nashua Mobile and Nashua Mobile denies ever receiving these letters. While I am waiting for Vodacom and Nashua mobile I am paying my contract (almost 32 months old) without being able to receive or make calls from my phone. I have spoken to Nashua mobile again today and still NO ANSWER. What to do? What to do? Maybe someone in Nashua Mobile can contact me with the answers instead of excuses. I also received and email from Vodacom saying that our contract is on Pay as you go now. This was also send off to Nashua Mobile.
