I would like to commend Tshepo Khati on a wonderfully delightful customer service experience. I recently applied for a new contract and I had the pleasure of coming into contact with Tshepo. I have always been delighted with Nashua's service but today I was even more surprised. Tshepo excercised patience, compassion and ultimatley good customer service which is an assest in his role. Thank you Tshepo for taking the time out in such a demanding industry to talk to me about my options and giving me such a nice variety of packages to suit my budget. Your friendly attitude and helpful nature are trully your greatest strengths and I wish you all the best going forward in your career, I would like to invite Nashua Mobile to recognize his efforts in creating such a wonderful client experience.
