I have been billed for 3 months a contract that I cancelled with Vodacom a long time ago, so I called the call center to inquire what is the extra costs for, than was informed to call the Cancellations department, as instructed I called the same day at 9am /- & was on hold for 22 minutes 1st call, the next call was in the afternoon on my way home, to my surprise no one answers again after holding for 25 minutes this time, I decided to give it one last shot the next day & on the 3rd strike no one at a call center answers again holding on for another 19-23 minutes, so it is either they just love billing everyone or they are so busy that a valued customer for more than 10 years is not that important to them.
