Shocking service/response

My wife ported her MTN number to Cell C some time back when the consultants were doing their promotions in our area. Now my wife lost her cellphone and she went the the Cell C branch in Wonderpark on 03/09/2013 to do sim swap and the response she received is shocking. According to Cell C, the consultant who was doing the promotion, decided to register my wife's phone under his/her (consultant) name. Now, Cell C does not and is not willing to do the sim swap for my wife but still they have the nerve to tell my wife that her number is registered under one of their consultants and they do not want to give us the consultant information to resolve the matter. I then ask myself, how many people have fallen prey to this shocking service unaware?

Is Cell C as the service provider going to do anything about this? One of their empoyees is responsible for all this mess and they need to sort it out. My wife want to keep her number and Cell C is denying her what belongs to her. Hope to hear from who ever want to sort out this mess. Please contact my wife on 0728398136/0127003277.
