I am appalled at the service centre at Altech Autopage. I have phoned 5 times to get a query sorted out and no one will let me speak to a supervisor, no one will give me a number of someone higher that I can contact. Every single time I call when the conversation gets heated the phone cuts off. I have still not had my complaint sorted out. I am disgusted in the service in general at this company and when my contract is up I will not be renewing. I would rather be with a company that is happy to help with their customers than keep telling me that the supervisor is busy every single time i call!!! DISGUSTING!!!
