For the 6th month in a row MTN has added items to my account which should be part of my package. I've requested it to be corrected about 9 times including 2 complaints on Hellopeter, but still every month I get my invoice and the item are on it again.
MTN if you do see this, please correct it now so that I don't have to call you every month to ask you to reverse it.
Broadband 250 and call line identity is part of my package so please credit me for this month and the remainder of my contract for R59 & R8 respectively.
Thanks AGAIN for the 10th time.
