I have two contracts with Cellc and I have called call centre dept. Several times with no help, its been two weeks now and I can't receive calls and I have spoken to different people with different stories, the last person I spoke to promised to get a consultant to phone me back but that was a lie, but I would like this matter to be resolve and I would like to cancel both contracts as I am fade up with the terrible service. I was promised that within 24 to 48 hours i will receive a call and a query was logged but hey I am tired of waiting I want to take my business where I will feel valued.
