I have been into a couple of your branches without any assistance...
I never have signal on Cell C for phone or data. At the moment I am having to swop between my Cell C sim card and a MTN sim card. On the MTN network I have no problems whatsoever!! This means I am paying a monthly fee for a contract and phone I am hardly able to use and on top of that having to pay for data and airtime on another sim card just in order to be able to make phone calls or data calls. I am so frustrated with this situation that I just want to cancel my contract and move over to a proper network like MTN or Vodacom. I cannot even use the MB I receive on my contract per month because I just never have data signal.
I want to cancel my contract ASAP, I am no longer going to pay for something I can't ever use!!! My whole experience on Cell C has been a nightmare and I will never ever go on your network again. I will also never recommend anyone to go on your network. On Cell C you will get stuck by the side of the road unable to phone or contact anyone to help you.
