I recently checked my Cell-C invoices online for my contract and to my suprise, I have been charged for Content Services (Opera) to the value of at least R240 every month. When I called Cell-C to understand what are these charges for, the Cell C agent told me that I must have subscribed for something on my phone. I never subscribed for anything, I am not getting any content but Cell-C takes my money every month. This is blatant.

How can Cell-C take my money and say, they are taking it on behalf of a third party? Why is it on Cell-C's invoice not the third party dealing directly with me. I am utterly disgusisted with Cell-C! This is clear... wearing suits and talking smothly only to your money!!!..I wonder how many people are victims of such from CELL-C... very angry and I will vote with my money and cancel this contract!
