TELKOM: TREATING CLIENTS UNFAIR

I cannot believe what I am being put through by TELKOM a service provider.

Just to recap: fault reference number 16CWK250813 refers.

Phone stopped working 23/8/2013 but ADSL working. Reported 25/8/2013.

Technician came out Tuesday 27/8 confirmed external cable fault. Nothing he can do he has to refer to cable department. ADSL also not working on his departure despite the fact it was working before.

Call 10210 advises cable fault cannot do anything in the rain. Cable has been ordered.

Without appointment so I am told Technician turned up again at the house without appointment today 3/9/2013. No one at home. No card left with a number I can phone. Told he has returned the job card. Fitst Technician says cable fault and can not do anything in the house why call again.

I am at my Wits end. It is just Shocking.

It has been referred to FAMC South Escalations but no one has contacted me.
