Call centre que not working

Phoned 0821958 to cancel one of my 3 contracts with Vodacom, after 26 minutes of holding I phone 111 from my other phone and asked if there was a problem with the cancellations number and to be put through to cancellations, the second call got answered after 3 minutes while the first call was still on hold after 29 minutes? HOW DOES YOUR CALL CENTRE QUE WORK! The explanation the agent gave was that they are busy... so how many agents do you allocate to this call centre when 111 gets answered in seconds and cancellations in half an hour?

An ethical company would be concerned not only with the existing customer call centre but also with the cancellations call centre. If I had any doubt if I should have renewed my contract rather than cancel it the 30 minutes on hold answered it for me.
