Very simple matter... faulty phone, took back to vodacom within 7 day period, refused to replace because i removed the plastic covers on phone, sent for evaluation, couldnt replicate the fault, asked me to accept repaired / faulty phone i refused, sent phone back for second evaluation... still pending. complained to NCC, let vodacom know... still waiting for reply. have decided to used social networks to get my point across. the NCC replies faster than vodacom would you believe that.
