On the 26 June 2013 I called in to cancel my contract with 30 days notice as my contract has passed its 2 year mandate. I called in at 9:01 to number 082 1958 (Cancellation Department)
You consultant assured me that the contract would be cancelled but would not provide a reference.
The following month i notice you had continued to debit my account.
I then called in on the 2 August at 8:15 to number 111 who then transferred me to cancellations.
I spoke with Jabulani who advised me that the previous consultant did not cancel the contract correctly. He then advise someone will contact me regarding a refund and he would make sure that it was cancelled. This never happened.
Again he would not give me a reference, he said i must record the time of the call and who i spoke to as reference.
This month the debit order has gone off again!!!
Vodacom is committing, do not sign contracts with them! They dont respond either, I am going to try cancel all our corporate contracts and i will advise all my clients to follow suit accordingly.
Should these debit orders continue i will take up the legal fight
Number in question is 076 753 0330
