I have submitted a complaint and I received a call from Tshego and she promised to give me a call. I only received an email that I will be refunded my money after I submit a copy of bank statement which I did. I have send emails as well to follow up no one is giving me feedback. I would also like to know who will carry the bank charges that the bank has been charging me... Please attend to my matter I am not impressed by the poor services that I am receiving from Virgin Mobile...
